Our parent company, founded in 1992, began in residential/commercial development and facilities management. Since then, we have built proven and trusted processes and systems, which have allowed us to diversify into the insurance repairs industry, where we are now recognised as a national provider of choice.


No matter how much we’ve grown, our motivation remains the same: to deliver a standard of excellence to our clients, ensuring their projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget.


Twenty-five years later, we now offer clients a broader range of services under the HomeCare Repair Australia (HCRA) brand.

Timeline

1992

Parent company founded, with a focus on residential and commercial development, facilities management, domestic repairs and maintenance.

2001

Our first official NSW branch (headoffice) opens up in Kirrawee.

2001

Diversified into the insurance repairs industry.

2003

Expanded our branches to the NSW South Coast.

2007

First ACT branch opens in Canberra.

2009

Operations extend into Queensland.

2011

First Victorian branch opens.

2011

Extended operations to cover NSW, Newcastle and Central Coast regions.

2011

Restorations division formed.

2016

Perth, Western Australia branch opens.

2016

Adelaide, South Australia branch opens.

2017

National presence broadens.
Expansion into Northern Territory with a branch based in Darwin.

2018

HomeCare Repair Australia launches.

Range of private works’ services direct to customers, including domestic and light commercial repairs, maintenance, renovations and modifications.
